How do I get a verification code?
Contact us and tell us about your business. Once we've checked the fit, we send you a code to sign up with.
Is this the same as registering my gym?
No. Registering a gym gets you Gymnast Business, for running a gym. Becoming a partner is for manufacturers selling into gyms. If you only want to run your gym on Gymnast, register your gym instead.
What can I sell?
Protein and supplements, or gym equipment. Pick a category when you sign up — you can list both if you make both.
Can I sell as soon as I sign up?
Yes — signing up with a valid code activates your account immediately. Add your products and gym owners can order right away.
When do I get paid?
Gym owners pay through Gymnast at checkout. For now, payouts to partners are reconciled and sent separately rather than split automatically — we'll be in touch about that once your account is active.
Are trainers automatically partners?
No. Trainers use the Gymnast app through the gym they work with. Being a partner is its own account, created by signing up on the partner portal.
